Chamberlin informed us of severe changes that were coming to your facility to ensure this does not continue to happen. EDITING TO REPLY TO OWNER RESPONSE: This response is humorously different than the conversation my family had with Mr. BE WARNED!!!!! Editing to add: upon further review, I see all of the positive reviews are left by staff. They are not following Ohio laws, including Esther''s law and will ABUSE anyone that tries to make them follow the law out of spite. The pharmacy does not write the correct orders, leading to a life-threatening medical event from incorrect dosing. Family is expected to do much of the care themselves, including lifting pivoting, bedtime routines, feeding, etc. The rooms are dirty, the staff is not properly trained, and everyone in the facility is ignored and neglected. While the doors are technically locked, every visitor is given the code and allowed unlimited access. Anything Stacy tells you they can accommodate will not happen. There have been exactly 0 activities or shared meals since my loved one moved in. It is rare for more than one staff person to be available in a house at any given moment. The houses are not staffed at a 2 to 6 ratio. Stacy, the admissions person will lie to you left and right. Dakota in house 1114 is incompetent and said "I refuse to provide care for her" forcing us to move my loved one out of the facility in the middle of the night.
The facility is negligently understaffed and the staff that is available is neglectful. Sta.ĭO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR LOVED ONES. DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR LOVED ONES.
