You have to deal with the mosquitoes which infect you with a disease and may appear in any vanilla dungeon, specially if the infestation level is high, it is also very long, each dungeon of the main story of the DLC is long, you need keys to unlock some rooms, and have almost a hundred of rooms, also, you can scape the dungeon and continue later in the same point it was when you leaved.
