Another character, Xi, can also collect these red envelopes.
The good thing is, you don’t need to collect them all in one run. If you collect 20 of these, you will unlock a secret character named Cai Shen, which is a Chinese character. Sometimes at any random time, you will see some red Chinese envelopes that make a coin-like sound when you collect one. Just like the Festive Chicken, the ground becomes covered with snow, and like all of the other Chickens, white feathers fly out when you hit a car. The Fortune Chicken looks exactly like the other chickens, except it doesn’t have a Christmas hat and instead, it wears a red and gold Chinese outfit. When in the character selection window, it is the 3rd character you see.
It was added in the Chinese New Year update of Crossy Road. The Fortune Chicken is one of the other chickens you can play as in Crossy Road.
